Local residents from the surrounding community held a public art meeting on Wednesday, February 13 at Keller Williams real estate office in Plattsburg. The meeting revolved around a community effort to better the town through art.
Charles Albert Comstock grew up on the family farm near Deerfield. He graduated from high school in Fort Scott, Kansas. After graduation he worked at a gas station in Fort Scott along with working on the family farm.
