Rachel and Michael Ruark would like to announce the birth of their daughter Sophia Elyse. Sophia was born on April 28, 2020 at 9:08 a.m. at Cameron Regional Medical Center and weighed five pounds and three ounces and was eighteen and three-quarter inches long. She is welcomed into the home by her brothers Andrew Ruark, Keegan Cole, and sister Taylor Layman. Her maternal grandparents are Gary and Lisa Holcolm and maternal great-grandparent is Patsy Whitley.
