1st Chamber Business Spotlight for March...Cameron Regional Medical Center

Cameron Regional Medical Center located at 1600 East Evergreen is our 1st Chamber Business Spotlight for March. Established in 1948 the Medical Center is an acute care hospital. Their work force consists of: Joseph F. Abrutz, Jr., Administrator, along with 400 full time employees. 

Cameron Regional Medical Center is highly visible and easily accessible at the intersection of I-35 and BB Highway, located just southeast of Cameron at Exit 52. Providing a wide range of acute care services, the 58-bed facility boasts a 24-hour Emergency Room, inpatient and outpatient surgery, an Intensive Care Unit, Obstetric Unit, stationary MRI and CT scanners, a GeroPsychiatric Unit, an Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, and Home Health and Hospice divisions. They are also a Level III Stroke Center. There are over 40 physicians providing specialty outpatient clinics at CRMC on a regular basis, as well as 18 primary care satellite clinics in a five-county area that are owned and operated by the Medical Center.
