Chamber spotlight

Village Green Apartments located at 1103 N. Cedar Street, is our second Chamber Business Spotlight for April. The apartments are professionally managed by Key Management, employees include Kim Schlorff (Regional Manager), Nancy Walley (Service Coordinator Manager), and the maintenance staff. Village Green Apartments were built in 1978 and underwent a substantial rehab in 2009. The apartments are described as income-based independent “Senior” community living. They have 40 ground level units, 4 of which are handicapped accessible, all having a front porch and patio. They offer a Community Room where residents enjoy activities including potluck dinners. The Service Coordinator assists residents with benefits and services that help them remain independent. The apartments provide carefree living with lawn care, snow removal and emergency maintenance. The main goal of Village Green Apartments is to provide “Seniors” with a life that allows them to live on their own but never alone!
