Lady Dragons throttle Excelsior Springs 55-20

“It was a pretty good win. It was a fun game. We figured out who we were as a team and worked together really well tonight,” said Moore, Cameron’s leading scorer from 2018.

The Cameron Lady Dragons picked up their first victory of the season after trouncing Excelsior Springs 55-20 Tuesday night.

The Lady Dragons evened their record to 1-1, rebounding from their 69-46 season-opening beatdown by Macon, and feel confident in emerging stars sophomore center Olivia Moore and junior guard Laini Joseph.

“It was a pretty good win. It was a fun game. We figured out who we were as a team and worked together really well tonight,” said Moore, Cameron’s leading scorer from 2018.
