Northwest Missouri road work, Sept. 7 - 13
ST. JOSEPH - The following is a listing of general highway maintenance and construction work in the five-county area of the northwest Missouri region for the week of Sept. 7 - 13, from the Missouri Department of Transportation. Many projects will include lane closures, and delays can be expected.
Buchanan County
I-29 - Northbound from 1.5 miles south of Route O to Business Route 71 (Andrew County); resurfacing project, Sept. 7 - 12, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Night work only. No work will occur Friday nights throughout the duration of this project.
U.S. Route 36 - At the Platte River Bridge; bridge deck replacement, Sept. 7 - 13. Traffic is head to head in the eastbound lanes with a 14-foot width restriction.
I-229 - Bridge maintenance, Sept. 8 - 10
Route H - At the Platte River Overflow Bridge; bridge maintenance, Sept. 8 - 11
U.S. Route 371 - CLOSED from Moore Road to Alfalfa Drive; culvert replacement, Sept 8 - 11.

Route D - Pothole patching, Sept. 9 - 11
Route 116 - From U.S. Route 69 (Clinton County) to Route D; resurfacing project, Sept. 8 - 12. A pilot car will direct motorists through the work zone.

I-35 - At the Shoal Creek Bridge; bridge maintenance, Sept. 8

I-35 - From Route BB to U.S. Route 69; pavement repair, Sept. 8 - 10, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. (14-foot width restriction)
Route T - CLOSED from NE GrandPas Road to West Keystone; culvert replacement, Sept. 9, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Daviess County
Route HH - From Route CC to Route 13; pothole patching, Sept. 8
DeKalb County
Route EE - CLOSED from Grindstone Road to Wamsley Road; culvert replacement, Sept. 10, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Route M - CLOSED at Francis Street; culvert replacement, Sept. 11. Access to Francis Street will be closed from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
