David P. Farr 1965-2017

St. Joseph - David Patrick Farr, age 51, was born July 24, 1965, in Florence, Ariz, and passed away April 15 in St. Joseph.

“Dave” served our county in the United States Navy for 16 years. Following his service in the Navy, Dave worked for Wounded Warriors for many years. He was an avid fisherman and loved to camp. Dave was also of the Christian faith and a member of First Baptist Church of Stewartsville.

Survivors include his mother, Judith Ann (Steve) Farr Sandridge, Cameron; father Ronald Farr, Stewartsville; three children, Randy Farr, Andy Farr and Ronnie Farr; four biological siblings, Peggy, Carlyn, Kathy and Gary; three adopted siblings, Jetta (Tim) McElroy, Elbert (Adrian) Farr and Boyce (Dalyn) Farr; and one grandchild.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, April 29 at First Baptist Church of Stewartsville, under direction of Turner Family Funeral Home of Stewartsville.
