River Falls, Wis. - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Fernand James (F. J.) Kelly, 74, on Friday, January 19, 2018. He passed comfortably in his sleep at home surrounded by his family.
F.J. is survived by his wife, Rae; his children Logan (wife Cassie), Marsha (husband Neil), and Katheryn; his grandchildren, Mickey, Ben, Braden, and Penny; his great grandchildren, Rennick and Drake.
