CAMERON - Janice “Marlene” Drennen, Cameron, a 77-year-old resident of Cameron died at 4:08 a.m., Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Cameron Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral Services were held July 11, 2015 at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Burial: Prairie Ridge Cemetery, Modina, Mo. In lieu of flowers, donations to Three Rivers Hospice, Cameron. Online condolences: www.polandthompson.com.
Marlene was born April 16, 1938 in Spickard, Missouri the daughter of Wendell and Margaret (Burk) Brummett. They preceded her in death.
Marlene went to school in and around Spickard High School.
She married Richard Drennen on October 11, 1956, he survives of the home.
Additional survivors: two daughters, Glenda Madison, Gladstone, Mo., Patricia (Joe) Hemberger, Overland Park, Kansas; three granddaughters, Heather Nicole Drennen, Springfield, Mo., Christy Brantner, Overland Park, Kansas and Tiffany Harris, Overland Park, Kansas; two step-grandsons, Jack Hemberger and Alex Hemberger, Overland Park, Kansas; three great-grandsons, Malaky, Zachery, Gabriel Horvat; two sisters, Patsy (Ronald) Kincade and Jeanette (Bruce) Lenhardt; brother, David (Bobbie) Brummett; several nieces and nephews.
