James R. Ellis 1963-2018

Kingston - James Ray Ellis, 54, passed away on February 10, 2018.

James was born October 7, 1963 in Kansas City, to John and Esther (Casey) Ellis. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Nikkiea Stief.

On May 12, 1984, James married Terri Kay Davis in Cameron.

Additional survivors include daughter, Natosha (Matt) Wilson, Hamilton; son, Jacob Ellis, Kingston; six grandchildren, Jordan, Tyler and Caleb Stief, Matthew II, Blake and Kaylee Wilson; three brothers, Jerry Ellis, John Ellis and Robin Ellis; two sisters, Nancy Dunaway and Mary Fisher.

Services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Visitation will be held from 10 – 11 a.m., prior to the service. Burial: Highland Cemetery, Hamilton, MO. Memorial donations to Poland-Thompson Funeral Home for expenses.
