Larry Knecht 1950-2017

Cape Coral, Fla.- Larry Knecht, 66, passed away at his home on Monday, April 24.

Larry was born on May 23, 1950 to Wilber and Loraine Knecht. Both precede him in death.

He married his wife, Sondra (Hughes), on July 7, 1973 at her home in Gallatin.

He retired from MO DOC as Maintenance Supervisor. He attended Jameson High School and served in the Marine Corps from 1968 to 1973.

Also preceding him in death is his sister Sue Holcomb and his grandparents.

Survivors include wife Sondra, daughter Sheila (Michael) Mills of Cape Coral, Fla., brothers James Knecht, Fulton and Randall Muselman, Trenton, sisters Donna Sanson, Roland Okla, and Sandy Hoover, Princeton.

A luncheon will be held at 12:30 p.m. on May 28 at Olive Baptist Church, Gallatin and his ashes will be scattered at 3 p.m. at Lewis Mill Bridge, Jameson. Memorials may be made to Olive Baptist Church, Gallatin and Kidder First Baptist Church, Kidder.
