Steven A. Pollard, 52, of Kansas City, MO, passed away on Friday December 13, 2019. A visitation will be held from 1 to 3 pm on Saturday December 21, followed by a 3 pm memorial service at the Amos Family Funeral Home, 10901 Johnson Dr., Shawnee, KS 66203.
Steven was born June 26, 1967 in Cameron, MO to Ronald and Barbara Pollard. He was a graduate of Cameron High School and attended Wentworth Junior College. He went to beauty school where he earned his cosmetology license. Steven was multi-talented, loved to sing and had a wonderful voice. He played the piano beautifully without taking any lessons. In 2007 Steven and Dale started a furniture design business called reDeux, which over the years has grown to be very well known throughout the Midwest. He is survived by his parents; sister Debbie Pollard; brothers Robert and John Pollard; five nephews, two nieces and his best friend Dale Luetjen.
