Puckett Appointed to Fill the Term of Ms. Clark

On Monday, January 28, Kelly Puckett was appointed by the honorable Judge Alley, as the Grundy County Prosecuting Attorney, in the interim, before Governor Parson makes an appointment to complete the 4 year elected term of Ms. Clark. Puckett is often in Grundy County for civil matters and enjoys working there. Puckett mentions that he is permitted by statute to continue handling family law matters and estate planning at the Puckett Law Firm, P.C., here in DeKalb county, while prosecuting criminal matters in Grundy County.
