Cross Country team hosts invitational

The CHS varsity Cross Country team hosted a meet last Monday, September 19, at Cameron’s Veterans Memorial Golf Club.

For the Lady Dragons, freshman Zoe Foreman placed first with a time of 23:26.0. Sophomore Kenzie Terhune placed fifth with a time of 25:34.7. Freshman Kylie Graham placed ninth with a time of 26:14.9. Sophomore Khayla Hollingsworth placed twelfth with a time of 28:26.8, and senior Lindsey Vaiciulis placed eighteenth with a time of 33:41.6

For the Dragons, junior Jacob Barbee placed third with a time of 19:51.1. Sophomore Jacob Roberts placed eleventh with a time of 20:49.0. Junior Josh Stevenson placed fifteenth with a time of 21:43.6. Junior Alec Walser placed eighteenth with a time of 22:12.7. Sophomore Jacob Roach placed thirtieth with a time of 23:25.7, and sophomore Caleb Ramey placed fortieth with a time of 25:29.4.”
