Lady Dragons fall to Trenton

Trenton posted a 39-16 victory over Cameron in the Lady Dragons final home game of the season.

The Lady Bulldogs extended a 10-8 first quarter lead to 17-9 at the half.

Haley Evans led CHS with five points. Hannah Robinson and Brianna O’Grady scored four points each. Eastin McDowell had two points and Olivia Nelson scored one point.

Salem Croy and Whitley Richman scored nine points apiece to lead Trenton.

Lady Dragons seniors Evans, McDowell, O’Grady and Taylor Urich along with girls basketball cheerleader Kennedy King were honored prior to the game.

Cameron will wrap up the regular season Thursday with a trip to Chillicothe.
